Cindy’s multicultural and diverse background includes a lifetime career spanning over 30 years in the search & recruitment industry, where she has forged long-term relationships and strategic partnerships. She has been with the firm since its inception in 2007, and has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of Mughal & McRae.Cindy is bi-lingual and was raised in Miami, Florida, where she resides today with her family and wonderful daughter. She holds a B.S. in Science, originally starting her career journey in the medical field, before discovering her true passion for people—leading her to the world of recruiting. Cindy is an avid traveler, having been to over 25 countries where she enjoys learning about different cultures and culinary experiences.
