My 20+ year career in law enforcement, security, and safety has been marked by successfully leading impactful change, enhancing organizational structures, and building, developing, and empowering virtual and volunteer workforces in protecting lives and assets, elevating safety and security operations, and mitigating risks. The key to my success has been my ability to get things done, my passion for truth and justice, and my drive to make things better. In each of my roles, I have leveraged my strong work ethic and integrity, positive attitude, out-of-the-box thinking, effective leadership, and collaboration skills to establish effective law enforcement and security organizations, develop and deliver high-impact training programs, lead complex criminal investigations, and strengthen communication and collaboration among teams and partners to solve problems. I thrive on the opportunity to take on challenges, assume new responsibilities, and deliver value to an organization. I can step into any role and make an impact. I put my heart and soul into everything that I do, strive for efficiency and excellence, and never give up. While I am known for getting things done, I recognize that nothing is accomplished alone. I am able to understand the big picture, formulate the strategy and tactics, secure buy-in, pivot as needed, and guide the achievement of the mission.
