Design and implement curriculum's related to building skills, creating resumes, interview techniques, job search and networking;collaborate with and coach students in securing employment; provide one on one mentoring and case management to those focused on job search; network with agencies and local business recruiters to establish relationships, acquire present and future employment opportunities and market our program;

Meet with, motivate and mentor new clients. Develop relationships and rapport with various government partners. Promote the Steps to Success Program to clients, partners and community.Follow through with clients regarding success of goals and outcome.
