Throughout my experience, I have successfully managed several Google Ad accounts. To optimize campaign outcomes, I procured and analyzed data available through Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google My Business. By conducting in-depth analyses, I evaluated the performance of each account and extracted valuable insights. These insights allowed me to provide clients with strategic recommendations and establish actionable goals for the quarter, ensuring continuous improvement in key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversions, and Return on Investment (ROI).Recognizing the importance of data-driven decision-making, I took the initiative to develop a comprehensive company-wide Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for data collection and quality assurance. This SOP streamlined the process of gathering and analyzing data, enabling more accurate and reliable performance assessments.In addition to managing Google Ads, I leveraged tools like SEMRush to inform our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) methodology. By integrating insights from SEMRush with data from Google Ads and other sources, I developed effective strategies to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic. Moreover, I played a pivotal role in crafting persuasive website copywriting for a total of eight websites, including multiple landing pages, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices and optimizing conversion rates.To keep clients informed and engaged, I prepared and presented comprehensive reports on a regular basis. These reports included weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries, incorporating data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations. By highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement, I fostered a transparent and collaborative relationship with clients, enabling them to make informed decisions and achieve long-term growth in CTR, Conversions, and ROI.

The Jha Lab is a cognitive neuroscience laboratory that focuses on the effects of Mindfulness Training on cognitive functioning and psychological well-being. As an RA, my core duties included (1) coding instruments and behavioral tasks, (2) data procurement, management, and analysis, and (3) aiding senior associates via timeline creation, IRB compliance, etc. Moreover, I led an investigation that observed the mediated relationship between MT, emotional intelligence, and self-reported unit cohesion in military cohorts. As the lead RA in this project, I became well acquainted with advanced statistical methods, such as multiple linear regression, factor analysis, mediation analysis, and structural equation modeling, conducted via Excel, SPSS, and R. The analyzed data from this project was initially presented at the University of Miami and later drafted into an abstract that was accepted for presentation at the ISCR 2023 Inaugural Conference.

As a Research Associate in the Jha Lab, my primary responsibilities included coding surveys and questionnaires, data collection, entry, and analysis via Excel and SPSS, as well as completing other administrative duties. To attain further research experience, I applied and received funding from the PRIME Summer Research Scholarship for undergraduate students. My independent study investigated the effects of Mindfulness-Based Attention Training on time-pressured, high-stress professionals. Through this project, I obtained a holistic understanding of the research process by conducting a comprehensive literature review to formulate an appropriate hypothesis, compiling, cleaning, and organizing large participant data sets, utilizing the Intent-to-Treat approach to run multilevel linear mixed models and Pearson correlations, and interpreting and preparing the results for a poster presentation at the end of the program. After the poster presentation, I continued working on the project and developed a grant proposal, and completed the manuscript.

As an undergraduate research assistant in the Social Emotional Readiness Lab, my primary responsibilities entailed data collection and entry, as well as performing related clerical and administrative tasks (i.e., preparing treatment materials for the children, scheduling school visits). Data was collected on a weekly basis during in-person visits to low-income elementary schools. During these visits, I was also tasked with aiding teachers (i.e., helping children understand concepts, preparing class material, and overseeing children in the classroom and during free period), and encouraging the implementation of the treatment program.
