I am a seasoned leader with a diverse range of experience in the healthcare and medical device field. I enjoy a track record of success establishing and executing best-in-class training programs to enable patient access, and drive physician/patient education that improves efficiency, care, and customer service on a global scale. I am the key subject matter expert for all things related to product training and can work with leadership to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of a comprehensive training curriculum. Throughout my career and in addition to managing physician and education patient programs, I have also managed all aspects of tradeshows, marcom, and e-learning platform development while providing support to sales and marketing teams. My success is largely due to my organization skills and strong attention to detail. I am an expert at logistical planning (physician training events, patient advocacy events, tradeshow planning and execution across global geographical boundaries), and demonstrate methodical and creative thinking to execute projects. I have also seamlessly transitioned with a medical device company through six acquisitions, going above and beyond to train and transition each new company with ablation devices.
