At the moment, I work as a receptionist at the WTC The Hague. I embodie the business card of the WTC and the main job is to help all visitors and tenants with their queries and my strive is to exceed all excpectations in the customers need for service by having a proactive attitude.

My job at DPI varied on a day to day basis. Not a single day was the same due to all the ad hoc tasks I had. In fact, I was the centipede of the company but one of the most important jobs was to give all guests and colleagues a warm welcome (make them feel right at home) Ensure our office looks sharp and inviting, routing all inbound calls, organise meetings and handling the calenders for the management members. Furthermore my job was keeping the stock suplies up to date, supporting the financial department aswell as the account managers. On top op that I also arranged lunches for employees and business lunches but in case of emergency I mad sandwiches myself so our guests and managers could have time management meetings.

One of the most important definitions is arranging special pick ups for all in- and outbound shipments wich can not be sent by the standard DHL network. Handling the communcation with upset customers who suffer from a missed pick up ( the courier did not pick up the shipment on time, the shipment can not be delivered on the delivery date indicated on our website) .Also we handle questions from the customer service regarding duties and taxes, special documents and general terms and conditions.
