Leads the identification, development and implementation of strategies and programs that will engage and retain a highly talented workforce.Manages the staffing and recruitment process by partnering with business groups to identify staffing needs and strategies to hire qualified and highly talented employees for our workforce. Acted as first point of contact for Human Resources to provide partnership expertise to influence and coach leaders and employees on issues regarding policies, employment and labor laws, employee relations, training, career development, organizational development, recognition, succession planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, etc. Acted as liaison to the Minnesota and North Dakota wellness committees. Coordinate wellness initiatives including overseeing wellness centers, classes, equipment needs, etc.

Supported the vice president, four managers and staff in the Human Resources Division. Responsibilities included: conducting employee orientations, answering employee questions with regards to benefit plans, typing correspondence, creating presentations, coordinating recognition program, training programs, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, interviews, and acting as liaison to employee events and wellness committees.
