Played key role in starting idea2innovation (i2i) team in August 2016 which was purposed with capturing ideas and seeing them through to execution. Trained in lean six sigma and service design methodology. Facilitated over 60 sessions that range from continuous improvement, strategy, user experience, innovation insights, voice of the customer and pure ideation.
