I am a proud first-generation graduate of the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where I earned a BBA in Supply Chain Management. With over four years of customer service experience, I've honed on my soft skills, built strong relationships with customers and developed a customer-centric mindset. In addition, I interned at Packwell, a plastics packaging warehouse, where I played a key role in expansion projects as a purchasing agent. After graduation, I joined the DHX3 team at Amazon as an Area Manager, overseeing the logistical process of package delivery. In this role, I managed and led a team of 100-200 associates, while also ensuring compliance across various sectors of our delivery operation.Currently, I am at LivaNova as a Buyer Analyst where I manage the procurement of consumables to support our Neuromodulation division. In this role, I ensure that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the success of our innovative medical solutions.
