Corporate Recovery/Turnaround Consulting:• Prepared complex integrated financial models and conducted operational review in consultation with management of a $300 million recreational vehicle manufacturer and a $200 million apparel manufacturer, to support financing options, business plan development, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, customer and product profitability, plant rationalization, headcount structure, purchasing and inventory management, and overhead control. Corporate Finance:• Assisted in the creation of several proprietary valuation models including an Earnings Multiple Model, Discounted Cash Flow Model, and Recent M&A Activity Model. • Performed numerous company and industry valuations which included identifying comparable companies, industry trends and issues and financial strategies.
