I’ve worked for only one company most of my life - Delta Faucet Company – for almost 28 years. This speaks to the fact that I’m loyal and dedicated. In my role as Senior Supply Chain Analyst, I help source new parts, making sure they’re in on time to launch new products. I run analysis on stock and manage orders while working with suppliers for shipping and solving problems. It’s always interesting and never the same day twice. One of my favorite roles is as trainer and mentor to new hires. I thrive on motivating and encouraging others, which goes back to building relationships.I’ve seen so many changes within the company over the years, and throughout them all, I’ve been happy. I love my team and working with other teams cross-functionally. The people here are the best thing about my job. I take pride in and genuinely love what I do, and it shows in my work - I perform my job as if I’m an owner of the company. I don’t stop until my task is done, and I’m very determined. Outside of work, I’m a big family person. I enjoy spending time with my teenage son and husband. I also have a dog named Max, who follows me around wherever I go. We enjoy vacationing in Tennessee, staying in cabins and doing woodsy things.
