Key Accomplishments:• Developed and facilitated Money Management Workshops to empower students to take charge of their finances and understand the basic of savings, credit scores, retirement and financial responsibility and revamped Student Exit Interview Process for students to understand their rights and responsibilities regarding their student loans which also resulted in correcting 56% student contact information.• Initiated and ran a Student Service Program that assist students to stay-in school that may be facing personal or financial hardship and built community resources that can assist students in emergency situations; such as: homelessness, childcare, energy bills, etc. Through this program I worked with students one-on-one using positive coaching techniques to overcome barriers and on resume building, interviewing techniques and how to find employment.
