Manage social media and marketing outreach for hospital client’s nutrition and fitness campaign targeting low-income, minority families and children in local Boston area; write weekly blog posts on Wordpress to engage and educate target audience on physical fitness, healthy eating on a budget, health and well-being, and community events.

Led program evaluation of three-year poverty alleviation program focused on women and children in two historically marginalized rural villages. Evaluation focused on long-term impact to physical, financial, and psychosocial well-being. Insights from evaluation used to inform program design of similar intervention for urban slum settings.

Develop and pilot multidisciplinary care management program for medically and socially complex patients with Type 2 Diabetes in large hospital-based primary care clinic.

Wrote, filmed, and edited educational video to increase physical activity levels among middle-aged adults with Type 2 Diabetes as a part of the Center for Innovation in Diabetes Education; created tailored messaging to encourage sustainable behavior change by lowering perceived barriers and increasing individual self-efficacy.

Led research for hospital and health system executives, focusing on hospital and health system growth strategy, population health management, and hospital-employer partnerships. Managed and developed customized reports for newest project-based consulting team; areas of expertise included patient-centered medical home (PCMH) readiness, PCMH-specialty care coordination, primary care team training and development, and geriatric service line development.

Conducted primary and secondary research and analyzed research findings on strategic and operational challenges facing hospital and physician executives. Presented key findings in form of presentations, written deliverables, and blog posts.Areas of focus included cross-continuum patient engagement strategies, disruptive innovation in health care, hospital-physician partnerships and affiliations, and hospital and health system financial sustainability.
