As the Institutional Giving Manager at the Heard Museum, I leverage my 25 years of management experience to initiate and cultivate relationships with organizations in support of the museum's mission of advancing American Indian art and culture. I have a strong track record of securing and managing multi-million dollar grants and contracts for educational and cultural programs that serve diverse audiences and communities.My passion is to empower non-traditional learners, especially women in developing countries, with access to quality education and opportunities. In my previous role as the Senior Director of Thunderbird for Good, I developed and managed several programs that provided business education and certification to more than 100,000 women worldwide. I also oversaw the financial and strategic planning, operations, and team leadership for the school's social responsibility division. I have a background in global business and cross-cultural management, and I speak English and Spanish fluently.
