 Lead the conversion of the IT team from a traditional waterfall methodology to completely agile within a year. This included moving over 6000 hours of technical requirements into a product backlog, beginning a sprint cadence, introducing a project work-intake process and managing the overall product development.  Responsible for the entire project work intake process which includes understanding and defining IT development requirements, approving or rejecting, prioritizing development and providing product direction.  Developed comprehensive business cases for new product functionality, which serves as inputs to decision-making, prioritization, defining pricing strategy, and client value proposition.  Collaborated with company business leaders, sales, IT, legal, strategic marketing and relationship management teams to define product goals, objectives, market positioning, and pricing strategies for each assigned product.  Responsible and accountable for P&L for Originations space accounting for $14,800,000 in revenue in 2019.

 Lead the end-to-end program execution for the conversion for new clients to TSYS. This included design workshops, IT and business scope definition, gap analysis between client and IT, data mapping and detailed IT design and configuration, and final implementation.  Maintained a critical understanding of the client infrastructure and be able to suggest changes required to support overall functionality for account originations, which included bureau and custom risk scoring, application fraud, application queuing, case management and identity verification.  Conducted product demos for potential clients which required demonstrating functionality, giving conceptual business examples and answering questions detailing conceptual design for Risk Solutions.

 Lead a team of 9 Analysts to successfully implement or convert over 25 clients to the TSYS systems which generated an estimated $5 million in revenue within 3 years.  Coordinated and assigned resources, provided leadership and oversight to navigate team through difficult and lengthy client implementations or conversions.  Facilitated product workshops with team members to provide feedback.  Served as escalation point for issue management and provided recommendations for resolution.

 Gathered end-user requirements, then developed, implemented and maintained existing in-house computer software applications while providing project management and technical consulting.  Created and implemented a custom comprehensive training program for a software-training department, which included the development of all PC training manuals to be used in a classroom setting.  Trained new staff on the use of the Hospital Information System.
