Architected the Apple zero touch deployment workflow for ECE, including setting up DEP, reseller purchasing agreements, validating and testing MDM vendors, and setting up Jamf Pro for management.Spearheaded a push to replace a legacy vendor, FourWinds, with a modern platform saving organization several thousand dollars on annual renewals. Kicked off the use of SnipeIT for inventory and loaner device check in/out for students faculty and staff. Moving org away from an in house basic inventory manager.Team was pivotal in ECE’s efforts to shift 80 engineering courses from in person to remote instruction, at short notice, and under a tight deadline. Responsible for editing and delivering high quality lecture recordings for students during remote instruction. Core Responsibilities:• Deploying and managing iOS, Mac, Mersive SolsticePod devices for ECE through Jamf & Solstice SDS. Additionally to manage digital signage and Zoom Room Windows PC appliances• Building and scheduling distance streaming broadcast courses and events using Zoom, and other videoconferencing platform for Faculty, Staff and Broadcast Courses. • Space planning and AV installation, maintenance, and support on premise/remote.• Vendor Software Testing, Validation, Feedback Reports and Bug Tracking• Product, Feature and Tooling testing along with User Testing and feedback collection.• Issue Triage and ticketing for cross-organizational teams• Developing, maintaining, and presenting operational documentation. • Moderating classroom webinars and video conferences across multiple conferencing platforms to ensure quality delivery for meetings and special events.
