My dream was always to be an actress. After taking acting classes in high school, I switched my focus to another one of passions which is the process of food preparation. I first received my Serve-Safe in 2007 and have continued to renew it ever since. Although most of my work experience is in the food industry, I also have experience in Housekeeping (which I also love) and Security. When I'm not working, I'm spending quality time with my 10 year old daughter. My hobbies include hiking, yoga, dance and traveling. I love to cook and experiment with different vegetarian foods since I do not eat red meat and am on the verve of becoming vegan very soon. I love meeting new people and experiencing new things & places which in itself is the biggest learning experience of all. There is nothing greater than finding opportunities and not being afraid to try new things. I am also focused on putting my passions & skills to good use.My skills include: Customer service and people-person, strong work ethic, attention to detail, leadership quality, proofreading skills, positive attitude, good communication , problem-solving, planning and organizing and proficient speaking and writing.
