• Understand and document end to end processes and procedures for managing data in gATP, SNP, SNC and restocking and rebalancing.
• Support SAP upgrade to achieve scheduled launch date timing
• Establish relationship with customer channel team, marketing, purchasing, sales and finance to ensure best practices
• Control/facilitate changes to supply chain SAP Master Data including MRP Monitoring, gATP restocking and rebalancing
• Identify, analyze, report and resolve SAP data issues related to uniqueness, integrity, accuracy, consistency and completeness, including Master Data Analysis, verification of key data and master relationship data
• Lead Data Governance process

• Manage supplier performance to reduce backorders and past dues, ensuring ship date accuracy, and meeting and exceeding dealer fill objectives.
• Extensive problem solving of supplier issues. Identify and provide resolution of supplier issues via conference calls, email and phone communication.
• Communicate effectively and build a professional relationship with suppliers, internal/external customers, Supplier Managers, Team Leaders and GM Leadership
• Successfully manage all ESC parts ensuring on time shipping, backorder reduction, Ship Direct responsibilities.
• Part Scheduling & Expediting and Procurement Support
• Provide weekly report to Team Leaders and GM Supervisor detailing Backorder Root Cause Analysis and Resolution and Past Dues resolutionFollow bridge run schedules & long term buy schedules to closure\​Production.

• Maintaining key planning parameters in SAP for GM Mexico. Including running several queries in Access to obtain needed criteria for maintenance and Master Data daily updates
• Supplier lead time management,
• Forecasting analysis
• Maintain indicators for order writing and PO creation.
• Process and transmit daily PO’s to U.S. and Mexico suppliers. Including daily revisions.
• Maintained and distribute weekly Chevy Backorder and Build-out Analysis to GM Manage supplier performance to reduce backorders and past dues, ensuring ship date accuracy, and meeting and exceeding dealer fill.
