Instrumental in the development of the IID mission, goals, objectives, procedures, and project management. Consolidate and maintain the internal department directory for USMA research center directors and points of contact (POCs) using Microsoft Excel. Maintain the Research Operations Compliance Program (ROCP) Dashboard and internal files using SharePoint. Track the progress of ROCP packets and ensure that all centers are in compliance with general financial and acquisition procedures and DoD regulations. MEDIA DISTRIBUTION & FORMAT: Monitor web content and design for IID through SharePoint. Develop web content, including the development of graphics for the website. Ensure website meets documented standards for design, accessibility, faculty and staff engagement and search engine optimization. Expanded website content to reflect the sponsored research aspect of IID. Monitor and maintain IID SharePoint intranet portal; edit and manage internal data, applications, files and information. Manage the production of the 2015 USMA Projects Day brochure in coordination with West Point Association of Graduates (AOG). BUDGET: Manage USMA reimbursable funding budget of $14+ million encompassing multi funding sources and projects; study, monitor, develop, and analyze budget transactions, ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Receive Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) from external military agencies and, when necessary, forward them to the appropriate center directors. Forward completed MIPR and supporting documents to the G8 for processing. Track and monitor pending, amended, and accepted MIPRs via Microsoft Excel.
