Chief Operating Officer
CurrentServe as a critical member of the NAMC Oregon leadership team. Work in collaboration with the President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Programs Officer (CPO) to establish the strategic direction, mission, and operations of NAMC-Oregon. Lead staff management, internal policy, and non-profit administrative services; planning, directing, integrating, revising, and coordinating organizational structure, activities, and programs; working with NAMC partners, and other business sectors to form public/private partnerships; deciding and communicating overall goals and standards; budgeting and exercising fiscal control; directing personnel and operations. Lead NAMC Oregon’s fund development efforts through intentional partnership development and funding applications. Act as an internal convener of stakeholders to resolve complex challenges for the organization and its members. Provide oversight of office management-related functions for NAMC- Oregon’s communication, office management, procurement, internal operations, policy and procedure creation and implementation, contract management, professional development, risk management, and human resources.
