Serve as a critical member of the NAMC Oregon leadership team. Work in collaboration with the President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Programs Officer (CPO) to establish the strategic direction, mission, and operations of NAMC-Oregon. Develop, oversee, manage and support small business development of NAMC Members and other Black, Indigenous, Latinx, Asian, and Pacific Islander owned companies in construction and companies tangential to construction. Head NAMC's internal Human Resources (H/R) and provide H/R mentorship and guidance to small businesses as well as event planning, project management, and contract and grant management.

The Career Coach assists UTJP participants in developing personal employment goals, enhancing employability skills as well as the creation and execution of career plans. The Life Coach helps to remove barriers to employment for UTJP participants; and writes and presents workshops that help clients establish social networks and build positive professional relationships.
