During the time in my team, Cinta completely transformed the Volunteering Program at Glovo. When Cinta took on the role, there was no holistic and global Volunteering Program (no Strategy, Roadmap, Branding, Campaigns, Ambassador network). Cinta very quickly became an expert on Volunteering, but more than the functional knowledge, as someone who deeply cared about setting up a strong program with Global Engagement. She designed and let the journey towards transforming Volunteering @ Glovo into one of the most effective programs in Spain (maybe even Europe?). This due to hear constant dedication to find solutions, her hands-on and innovative approach and her ability to build out a global network of strong Ambassadors who helped her implement initiatives in 25 countries. Cinta was a strong high performer in my team who continued to raise the bar, therefore when she decided to leave Glovo to embark on a new adventure, I was very sad to see her go!
