My main activities consist of maintaining Web Scraping Pipelines for the courts of various counties and states in the United States. Said maintenance includes monitoring the general functioning of the pipelines I own, solving bugs and making the code more flexible to exceptions to ensure that the extracted information is accurate and reliable.

I elaborated a Wordpress plugin for Microsoft Clarity, which traces and reproduces how users navigate a website to identify what is working and where get stuck. I also participated in the database creation and User Interface development.

My activities focused on developing WordPress themes and maintaining other websites such as Animal político, Animal Gourmet and NewsWeek Español. Occasionally I collaborated in projects related to User interface and User Experience.

In the visitor assistance department, I executed activities related withcustomer service and logistic to provide our visitants the best possibleexperience. Therefore, I performed skills such as productcustomization, working under pressure, team working, conflictresolution, persuasion and problem solving.

In this project, a colleague and I created a training course from scratchabout paying role for 35 people within 3 weeks. Together, we led a 4-people team to be our staff. Our course was positively evaluated bythe participants in its branding, equipment, staff and engagement.
