I have led teams in commercial, marketing, and operational areas, applying a comprehensive strategic vision and demonstrating resilience in facing challenges. I deeply believe in the power of hard work and the importance of stepping out of the comfort zone to explore new ideas, something that has become my new normal since taking on the role of Growth and Customer Experience four years ago. Throughout my career, I have organized hundreds of events and dozens of large-scale trade shows, facing numerous challenges and achieving significant results. I have had the opportunity to negotiate with different countries and cultures, learning and teaching along the way.
