During this time, I led multicultural, cross-functional teams on complex global initiatives, building expertise in strategy execution, organizational intelligence, and stakeholder alignment.In the past 12 years, I’ve transitioned into the startup ecosystem, applying my corporate acumen to the dynamic challenges of entrepreneurship.
