Priority presence in the field of openings/renovations of branch stores.National and international training of the new area/branch VMs (coaching and mentoring for the Czech and Greek nations); merchandising support in the context of new openings/constant VM visits.Guarantee of compliance with the uniformity of corporate image on the territory.Care of the internal lay-out and windows shop of the stores, optimization of the spaces and product enhancement.KPIs analysis and sales performance of each store and implementation of merchandising action plans (in collaboration with the Area Manager) in order to increase turnover. Classroom and “on-the-job” training of Visual Instore and store teams.

Care of the layout of exhibition spaces, support to the store teams on analysis of turnover and profitability and merchandising contribution to the realization of the commercial strategy.

Assist the Store Manager in coordinating a sales team, ensuring the achievement of the objectives set by the forecast sales budget, in accordance with company policies.
