Annual budget for investments in new products and industrial footprint was about 40 million euro.Main responsibilities:• control over cost and investment in all cooling factories and R&D center;• control over product development plans;• management reporting for cooling industrial kpi.Main strategic project was the key industrial plan for strong competitiveness in cooling based on: a new product platform and production rebalancing from east to west closing two factory (Portugal and one in Italy) and opening a new one in Poland.

Revenue on CIS market was 300 milion euros equal to 15% of total group.Activities under my responsability included: finance and administration, Commercial control (prices, rebounds, listing fees, P&L by customer), credit policy, relation with auditors and head quarter financial departments.Managed a team of 30 people, all locals.

Frankfurt Am Main, (Germany)

German subsidiary managed a business of 80 million euros. As responsible for controlling in Germany I was in charge for monthly reporting to head quarter (P&L and financials) and I supported local management in profitability analysis.
