While working at this company, I was assigned to a startup project that targeted the legal infrastructure of a client or company. The project's main scope is to offer a starting point to untrained clients searching for various legal contracts/forms and also help legal departments ease their work by helping them manage and automate their contracts.While working on the project, my tasks included analyzing and offering solutions for the business requirements, creating technical documentation for the dev team, implementing user interfaces according to the UI/UX design, implementing the business logic on the backend and ensuring a good integration of the multiple technologies used for the backend services, among others.

During this period I worked as a freelancer on multiple projects, both as consultant and as a developer. From these projects, a few are worth mentioning.The first project was a custom made software for a dental cabinet. The application allowed dentists to keep track of client's medical data, with visual feedback of the teeth treatments.The second project was the development of a survey module for MICS (Multiple Indicator Cluster Surveys), that was part of a larger ecosystem.The third project was the development of a basic RPA flow designer, allowing the user to easily create automation flows for various applications.The last project worth mentioning is the development of the platform EcoTree, a platform that helps to keep track of the recycle flow a material goes through, from the company that recycles the material, to the collector that gathers and stocks the material to the final recycler and also generate all the legal documents for the flow.In this project I participated and all development steps and also laid out the basics for the system arhitecture.

While working at this company, I was allocated different responsibilities on multiple projects.For the first part of the employment, the company developed a software targeting the sports domain. The application was meant to collect, record and interpret data related to players physical performance in order for coaches and physical trainers to have a better view of player health status and to provide them with the optimal training and recover regime.During the software development, my responsibilities involved analyzing the business requirements, propose the architecture of the solution and them make the implementation.For the second part of the employment, the company migrated and improved a partner's old HORECA software system to current day technology and standards.For the project, my responsibilities involved designing the software architecture and helping the team with the implementation based on the template chosen by the partner.In between, some miscellanies projects involving developing of presentation websites and implementing eCommerce (nopCommerce) instances were also given to me and my team. For the said eCommerce instances, I've implemented multiple plugins that communicated with 3rd party applications if which I c an mention an integration with a payment system.

While working at this here, I was subcontracted to the American company Supreme Leasing.During the employment period, I tackled multiple projects that focused on Encompass (a loan origination software system). Among the tasks, I can enumerate:- analyze client requirements and propose technical solutions- create new plugins for Encompass- maintain and create new features of existing plugins- create and maintain WCF services to import client data and generate reports- create and maintain WCF services to integrate with multiple 3rd party systems.- optimize existing MSSQL queries, specially for big data reports

During the employment period, I've tackled many projects at the company. Among these, a few are worth mentioning.The first project, and the biggest, from a technical point of view, was an in-house application with the target of creating, updating and keeping track of tasks. The project was very ambitious as it combined Outlook, Microsoft Exchange server (to keep track of data), K2 flow server for management and flow decision making, SharePoint for document management and also a custom developed UI for easy access.In the project I occupied the position of team lead, helping the team navigate through the project requirements and I was also responsible for deploying the solution to the clients.The second project worth mentioning is a custom application for PWC. The software allowed a PWC client to upload it's employee salary data into the platform and them compare them with fixed percentiles of the existing records (a minimum of records was required for anonymity), and so determine the level of salaries the company has compared to the market.We've managed to successfully deploy the application in over 20 countries.In this project, I was involved from the very start, participating in analyzing the client request, creating the software architecture, writing the technical documentation and also being involved and it's implementation.The third project I participated in was the development of a bike renting system that is now successfully working in multiple cities in the country.The role I had in this project was to connect the multiple bike terminals to a central application and ensure that the subscriptions system works correctly.The forth project was the implementation of the first platform dedicated to 3v3 basketball with live tracking in Romania.The project idea stood at the base of the current FIBA system.For this application, I was involved in all development steps, often being on side for live support.

While working at this company, I was allocated different responsibilities on multiple projects.In the first part of the employment period, I was subcontracted to Kyozou, a multichannel list and inventory management eCommerce solution that had integrations with eBay, Amazon and Google Market.The job required to implement and maintain features that map on the existing functionalities from the integrated applications and also create, maintain and optimize MSSQL stored procedures for the eCommerce.In the second part of the employment period, I was responsible for creating the application Matrix Audit Energetic, responsible for generating Energy Audit Certificates for apartments, buildings and contractions based on the inputs of an auditor.During the project I was responsible with analyzing business requirements, creating the software architecture and implementing the application.
