Total daily operation of a retail store, including the hiring, training, achievement of company goals i.e. ( budgeting, payroll, store standards, etc.)

As store manager I am responsible for the daily operations. We have increased our sales since I took over in May,2010 from,$1.1 mil. to $1.8 mil.in May 2014 still maintaining an increase of +8%,with a reduction of payroll from 9.2% down to 7.4%, have hire 5 associates that have been promoted to Assistant Managers, have assisted with the hiring for other store associates and continue to drive down shrink to increase profits.

As a member of the Store Management team, my areas of responsibility include all aspects of the grocery department sharing store operations with other Co-Managers, working with the development of the Grocery Manager, reducing OOS, display planning and sales growth.
