GEO Global Engineering Order it’s a dedicated tool for Samples Management and Ordering based on DELMIA Apriso platform.The main responsibilities are:-coordinate new facilities rollouts;-maintain a proper communication among Development Centre’s and Geo core team;-coordinate, plan, revise new improvement ideas using Jira-assure the proper planning and project execution base on business needs.

Lean Manufacturing methodology embrace continuous improvement behaviour using different tools.The main role responsibilities are:-coordinate champions team for dedicated Lean Method ( eg.: Muda Elimination, Employee Involvement, TPM, TQM, 5S);-share best practices globally and provide proper guidance for practices implementation;-organise and sustain workshops and provide guidance when is needed;-sustain and improve Kaizen system;-lead and train the employees on Lean Manufacturing specifics;-conduct and follow VSM/VSD workshop;-increase and assure proper visual management in the area of responsibilities.

Leading the team of prototype productions from passive safety system area.Principal responsibilities:-coordinate the prototype production team;-assure the fulfilment of commitment’s and monitoring the deliverables;-take proper actions and lead the team to expected results;-coordinate new investments, CAPEX and implement new product and processes;-assure the proper resources panning based on forecast;-evaluate the individual performance and maintain the collegiality among team members .-connect the deliverables with business strategies;-leads changes and improvement.

Leading the design and execution team for fixtures including engineers and machining technicians. Responsible for small team who builds prototype components by forming, machining, 3d printing, injection.

Responsible of the complex fixture design and guiding the design team.The main responsibilities -bidding and estimate the design hours for fixtures design team;-concept and validation of complex design;-onboard new designers and mentor the existing ones;-process owner for fixtures design;-design of the injection moulds used to build plastic prototypes.

Responsible to build CAD designs for fixtures, jigs and mechanical devices suitable for passive safety systems production and testing. Building both 2D and 3D models and validate the fixture with proper checks in area of usage together with Process and Testing Engineer
