Aaylex Group is the main poultry producer and exporter in Romania. Part of the Senior Management team, my main responsibilities are:- In charge of raw material sourcing for the fodder processing plant- Organizing fodder transport for all the farms in the group- Populating all farms in the group with 1-day chicks- Organizing all the machines to depopulate mature farms- Transferring broilers to the slaughter house with maximum efficiency in order to have constant production- Managing warehousing facilities and packaging activities- Leading the the internal distribution- Sourcing of the best logistics suppliers- Managing export activity- Leading a diverse team of 200+ individuals

Credit Team is one of the most successful companies in the loan brokerage area, having numerous work stations in Bucharest and mostly in all of Romania’s major cities.As a Customer Relationship Manager, my primary responsabilities are:▪ Advising and aiding the customers on how to organize their documents and applications in order to receive a loan from a specific bank;▪ Advising the customers on choosing the optimal credit solution which would fit their interests;▪ Acting as a interface between the customers, the banks we collaborate with and Credit Team;▪ Being responsible for a wide range of partners (mostly all of Romania’s big banks) and products (loans for personal needs, loans for buying real estate, investment loans, mortgage loans, corporate loans, credit cards);▪ Identifying new business opportunities and maintaining and developing a good working relationship with the existing clients;▪ Reaching the agreed monthly and yearly sales target;▪ Being responsible for brand awareness.
