Vendor Master Data• Create & update vendor master data in ERP System (SAP).• Update vendor bank account details.Invoice Accounting Non-PO/Complex PO• Process AP documents with and without (manual PO and non-PO transaction) reference tosystem PO in ERP system (SAP), which includes verification of thedocuments and update the transaction in the system.• Perform 3-way matching in the ERP system or manual matching (non-PO reference APdocuments)• Verifies invoices, performs invoice processing and assist in reconciliation (when required) forLocal AffiliatesProcess Payments• Process payment upon Affiliate’s Urgent/advance payment requests, which includes validatethe request, ensuring the request has been approved, posting payment and review of theposting• Assist in running payment proposals for payment analystPTP ISSUE RESOLUTION• Prepares vendor reconciliation periodically• Assists in the resolution of invoice discrepancies with finance function of Affiliates• Ensures controls are maintained within the Accounting operating environment in compliancewith SLA• Clearing of vendor accounts• Provides documents and/or reports required for audits such as but not limited to GR/IRreports, AP Ageing and AP Listing.TRAVEL & EXPENSES• Process employees’ system and manual claims and advances, which includes checking andverification of these payment requests against supporting documents (i.e. business, travelexpense receipts, etc) (if applicable), posting transactions in the system and clearing anyemployee advance (if applicable).

● Analyzing and recommending customer credit limits based upon credit scores.● Investigating potential credit fraud and working closely with internal security and business partners to resolve.● Resolving credit issues independently.● Negotiating down payment with customers and HP sales staff to allow customer to purchase above their credit limit.● Analyzing and researching customer's receivables account delinquency and determinating the type of communication method to facilitate payment.● Resolving disputes related to customer payment on delinquent accounts and negotiating and ensuring payment from customer.● Recognizing trends for non- payment and resolving issues by engaging internal partners.● Initiating the dispute resolution process with internal HP partners and following issue and ensuring resolution for HP and customer.● Analyzing at-risk customers and recommending account strategies to prevent delinquencies.

● Ensuring the best implementation of Consumer Engagement activities in the assigned territory.● Negotiating the renewal of the contracts with owners from PHILIP MORRIS portfolio of clients.● Proactively cooperating with Sales and Trade Marketing representatives in order to ensure all necessarystock and optimal conditions for engagement activities at the locations.● Identifying opportunities and issues in assigned territory and provide feedback and solutions.● Manage a Consumer Engagement team with key focus on excellence; supervising and controlling activitiesand performance towards efficient and effective standards.● Coach, motivate and engage the team members to ensure continuously improving performance levels.● Identify and influence market trends, needs and interests of adult consumers smokers, in order to applythe most relevant and creative ways to approach them and to provide the best brand experience.

● Engaging with adult smokers in order to reinforce or change their attitude towards Philip Morris brands.● Collecting continuously smokers’ feedback related to any changes in preferences or other insights.● Properly identifying in which personality type, mood the smoker is and adapting to it.● Creating a two ways communication through a personalized dialog with every adult smoker, being able to clearly express functional attributes and emotional links in the same time.
