Leading a wonderful team of 120 highly skilled and passionate techies. As Head of Technology, reporting to the CTO, I'm responsible for managing all development activities in my business unit and ensuring we deliver the most engaging and exciting experience to our customers.As the main driver for the Tech Strategy, Cost Management and the Operating Model of my organization, my role is keenly focused on empowering my leadership team to continuously improve the efficiency of the tools, processes and ways of working, while helping their teams develop their capabilities of delivering products.

Driving the tech strategy for UK and international online products and the online Sportsbook platform. Planning and designing the AWS cloud adoption and implementation of Site Reliability Engineering.

Digital Technology is the structure which ensures proper management and interaction with external systems. We handle all things digital within Betsson Group and we make sure Marketing, Commercial, Affiliates, Finance and Business Operations have the proper foundation for execution and deliver at the top of their game.Our team includes multiple departments which handle all external tool integration (AWS, Google Cloud, Doubleclick, Tune, Adjust, Salesforce and others) with the internal systems infrastructure (Data Warehouse, Marts, Business Intelligence and the Hortonworks big data stack). The TechOps departments make sure the systems are ready properly set up to deliver value and results. We focus on running and automating technology, so business can focus on doing business. From ensuring regulation enforcement and compliance to providing best practices, disseminating data from external systems into the core company backbone and devising site speed improvement strategies, we handle all of the digital weight of the company.
