Assigned full time as a Technical Advisor and Business Developer in Congo on what concerns Completions Operations: Gravel Pack, Frac Pack, Stack Pack, Stand Alone Screens, Staged Frac on Vertical and Horizontal Wells, Conventional and Selective Completions, Intelligent Completions, Surface and Down Hole Control Equipment, Liner Hangers, Isolation Equipment (Packers), Flow Barriers, Inflow Control Devices, Coil Tubing, Stimulation Operations, Artificial Lift, etc, working in straight cooperation with the Petroleum and Reservoir Engineering and Operations (Drilling / Work Over) departments.Use technical and/or operational expertise to provide the best solutions to customers according to real conditions of the well.Supervise in-shop preparation and assembly of equipment to be run in hole.Discuss job details with assigned crew before the job and conduct post job meeting to evaluate performance, results or eventual issues and record lessons learned. Assist the Business Development group with tender preparation / reviewPrepare Purchase requisitions to the manufacturing plants and follow up the logistics operations untill the equipment arrives on customer´s warehouse.Follow up job results and help to solve any eventual problems that may happen during or after the job.

Leader of a team whose main duties were dealing with production special operations as well as Secondary and Terciary Recovery Processes: Stimulation (acidizing and frac acidizing), Water Injection, Chemical Injection, Gas/Nitrogen Injection, EOR, Well Completions and some theoretical work like study of Pressure build up and Draw down in Horizontal Wells, and Stochastic Modeling of Fields.

During this period of time I worked in several locations all over the US including off-shore in Gulf of Mexico (Sand Control), in Kansas (Drill Stem Testing), in Oklahoma, (Fracturing, Cementing and Stimulation), Texas - Jacksboro, Wichita Falls and Monahams ( Nitrogen Services, DST), in Colorado, Brighton (Sales Representative to the small oil producers) and in California´s Geothermal Wells (as rental Cementer), England, Algeria and Libya.Interpret and transform organizational directives into goal-attaining actions.Run simulations, analyze and present the data to the team´s supervisors;Identify equipment needs and provide recommendations;Be on location to help running complex jobs and help solving unexpected problems.
