• Daily production planning by considering production parameters such as monthly production targets, physical availability of coal transportation units, physical availability of coal crusher, and level of stock ROM (Run of Mine);• Preparing raw material blending schemes and Supply Passing plans adjusting the Barge Loading Schedule and Barge Mixing Plan to achieve the Quality and Quantity targets.;• Monitoring & controlling the coal supply chain from ROM (Run of Mine) to Port to avoid operational problems and provide problem solving;• Monitoring & Controling the quality passing and quality barging to meet barge and shipping quality requirements;• Evaluating Cycle Time Hauling Unit and make improvement actions;• Investigate OOS (Out of Spec) quality of barging and shipping, analyze each deviation from the main problem to the root of the problem, and provide the improvement solutions;• Preparing data and Evaluating the daily, weekly and monthly production achievements;• Fulfilling the Safety Accountability Program (SAP) including the inspection of work activities and work environment, Safety Talk, Review of Work Instructions and Job Safety Analysis, Hazard reports of unsafe actions and conditions, and coordinate with the subordinates regarding the work performance and collaborating in problems solving; • Assisting managers to prepare the monthly reports on production achievements, recap of issues / problems, and taking the improvement actions for the internal Division monthly meetings;• Providing ideas for improvement and making Continuous Improvement Activities (CIA) and Continuous Improvement Project (CIP) in order to improve the quality of work, increase production, and efficiency of production costs.
