Ciranda de Morais is the founder of She'sTech, VP of Digital Empowerment of SUCESU Minas and Guild Master of Campus Party Brasil. Recently, she received the Juscelino Kubitschek Medal of Honor aimed at recognizing the civic merit of relevant services to the community, which contribute to the country's development.Already acted as co-organizer of Google Business Group BH, a member of the Gender Observatory of Minas Gerais and of the Women's Council of ACMINAS. Ciranda has a master's degree in Social Policy and Strategic Direction for Sustainable Territory Development from the University of Bologna, Italy and worked almost 2 years as an Innovation Agent for Minas Digital, a Minas Gerais Government Program. She is graduated in Advertising and Public Relations from PUC / MG and has 6 years of entrepreneurial experience in the retail and services sector as well as over 5 years of experience living, studying and working in European countries and collaborating (internships) with NGOs such as Ucodep / Oxfam and Auser.Ciranda has already presented her theory named "The Glass Doors Theory" at TEDx, at Global Google Community Leaders Summit 2018 - Googleplex, at Tech SuperWomen Summit - San Francisco and has made more than 60 presentations all over Brazil to raise awareness about the barriers that keep women away from technology. She'sTech Movement has already impacted over 1.800,000 people with 5 years of work and promoted She’sTech Conference, which became the largest event for women in tech in Brazil with more than 500 speakers on the stage in 5 editions.
