Worked as a General Manager and oversaw Hiring, Training, and Managing Salesmen. As General Manager I increased company revenue by over ten fold from the year before.

Opened a new branch for the company in the DFW area where I hired, trained and managed the DFW branch location (which became the most profitable branch within the organization nationwide wide in less than two years).
