In depth investigation of biggest deviations drivers.Support the budgeting & business planning process for the Engine Services units.Provision of key analyses in order to support strategic project of successfully increasing the Unit's capacity to maintain 300 engines per year.Responsible for analysis and reporting of WIP (work in progress) as a basis for weekly WIP and inventory management.Responsible for analysis and reporting of Engine Services operational processes: engines on time delivery calculation, costs per quality (damage cases), material consumption outlook, inventory reporting, shop visits input/output pattern.Drive continuous improvements of analytics tools: Oracle Hyperion, QlikView, SAP, SAS, Excel Dashboards, Q-Pulse, Business Warehouse.

Participate in project of new software implementation for invoice processing – xFlow by WMD asreplacement of a previous software AnyDoc by OpenText: Implementation of workflow; Users training; Creation of instructions for Administrators and End Users; Performing test runs; Worked as a first level support in go-live and post go-live activities.Participate in Business Intelligence application implementation for End Users reports - SAS and QlikView.Review and manage Delegation of Authority - workflow system for invoice approval level.Proactively propose resolutions of root causes of errors.Periodic error analysis, their restart, and post-processing caused by: users left the company, blocked cost objects or without person responsible, posting dates in closed period etc.Work as a coordinator within SR Technics Group (Accounting, IT SAP, Governance Risk and Control, HR, Purchasing).

Coordinate the collection of Vendor, Vendor Employee, Material, Bank and Customer Master Data from the data owners and ensure data accuracy as well as Master Data adaptation in time.Monitor trends in data quality, data quality issues before they impact critical business processes. Monitor usage of FFIDs: Control creation and changes in ERP through FF solution.Data mining with audit sourcing transactions, making SAP custom queries for reports and analyse.Data management through mass system changes.

Interacting with Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, Sales department and Vendors.Creating stock reports, financial reports - calculating Sales revenue, Total costs, Net profit and reports for electronic fund transfer (EFT).Collecting appropriate data about promotions, cost changes, new items and vendor information for entering and maintaining through SAP.Stock optimization and SCM support for petrol stations network.
