• Implementation of the new ERP system (for her relevant modules).• Placement and processing of the customers’ orders coming from Sales dept. into the ERP system.• Punctual updating of the ERP system according to the production plan.• Execution of customers’ orders in respect of the delivery time.• Preparation and maintenance of the Master Production Plan (orders and forecast).• To assure the issuance of all documents required for the assembly of finished products• Proper application and follow up of each single production phase about products.• Co-operation and contacts with other Group Trading companies and Group Purchasing dept., in order to respect the delivery time of finished products.• Control check of the availability, completeness and consistency of each purchasing order coming from Group Trading companies (i.e. job mix, quantity, delivery date, etc.).• On-going updating about the delivery dates of single finished products according to production changes.• Granting the proper release and completion of manufacturing orders to the Assembly dept.• On-going review of the completeness of bills of material.• Granting the proper completion of the packing list of each single machine (i.e. assembly list, inspection list, etc.).
