As a Social Media Manager and Digital Strategist, I deal with the growth of brands on digital channels and the 360-degree strategic management of their online image, visibility and reputation, by developing a tailored content strategy to communicate and create a closer relationship with their target customers.I approached the digital world some years ago, in parallel with my academic career, driven by a strong curiosity, which soon turned into passion, for digital marketing strategies and tools, especially for social media, community management, content strategies and advertising campaigns.I am deeply in love with my job. I love the strategic phase, with the choice of objectives and guidelines to achieve them, but even more I love the conception, experimentation and creation of content tailored to the target audience of a brand.Furthermore, the choice to undertake this professional path was dictated by my strong desire to continuously face stimulating challenges that push me to improve myself every day, learn new things, handle many different projects simultaneously and seek solutions to problems, even complex ones. And this job actually allows me to achieve all these goals on a daily basis.In February 2020, I obtained a master's degree with honors in Marketing and Business Communication and, as a new graduate, I immediately had the opportunity to get involved by managing the social account of a small company in the food industry. Specifically, I took care of managing its brand image on Instagram: from setting the communication strategy in agreement with the client, passing through the management of the community, up to the definition of a monthly editorial plan and the contents to be published with related captions and pictures. Furthermore, I took care of the sponsored campaigns to first increase the brand identity and the notoriety of the restaurant, and then the reservations too.Before that, during my graduation, I did a four-month internship at a well-known web agency in San Marino that allowed me to get to know the dynamics of a communication agency and the advertising world and to develop social content for some critical client companies.Thanks to a "hungry", open, curious and creative mind, I tend to approach conception, intuition, experimentation and learning with enthusiasm.I strongly believe in the power of the exchange of ideas, a positive corporate atmosphere, a constructive dialogue and teamwork. Most of the time, you don't get far alone.
