Current- brand new store so started off by hiring a team and training them up for open- Maintain a certain labor percentage / sales for the day - hiring and training of new employees as well as firing- making schedule, placing truck orders, recording inventory, and doing payroll- make sure weekly cleaning is getting done- making sure all food is cooked properly and served to guests in a reasonable time- checking in on guests throughout their visit to make sure they are comfortable- Incorporated incentives for employees to increase sales- Making sure store is up to date on all health codes and regulations and employees are following them- handling customer complaints in a respectful and timely manner - Maintain a good and professional relationship with Walmart employees and management (store is inside a Walmart)- weekly bank runs and counting drawers after every shift
