At radicant bank, I lead the sustainability and sustainable finance research team as part of the bank’s sustainable asset management and sustainability competence center. Additionally, I co-lead the bank's active ownership approach, including voting and engagement activities. I provide expertise to the investment process, contribute to establishing the bank’s sustainability strategy, and communicate on sustainability and sustainable finance to a broad group of stakeholders, such as the board of directors, executive committee, clients, community, and broader public. Key achievements include co-developing the bank's active ownership approach, the active ownership policy, establishing voting for portfolio holdings, engagement streams and entering in partnerships with selected investor associations. As a result, we joined Nature Action 100, Fairr, ShareAction among others, where I participate in various engagement teams and work streams. I continue to participate in the Swiss Sustainable Finance Focus Group on the SSF Market Study and the TNFD Exchange Group.

I was invited by Wüest Partner to join the Sounding Board of the Real Estate ESG Rating to provide expertise and be a sparring partner for the team and future development of the rating.
