* Monitoring of purchasing policies and procedures. * Generation and analysis of Key Performance Indicators for the Non Production Purchasing Team in North America. * Key User of the main purchasing platforms for the North America Purchasing Network (Productivity, Projects and Non Production). * Monitoring and integration of Purchase Orders. * Troubleshooting and problem solving for Eprocurement System and Purchasing Management System for North America. * Purchase Order Approval Workow Management. • Cooperation with Internal Control for participation in External and Internal Audits. * Cooperation with the Finance department for Month End Clossing alignement and supplier payment. * Proposal and implementation of Improvement Ideas on Purchasing Processes.* Provide training on Purchasing Systems to the Valeo North America Purchasing Network and General Users.
