- Organize all steps of the export process from the initial quote to shipment, maintaining necessary communication with clients and freight companies.- Manage customs procedures, ensure preparation of required documents, coordinate with logistics companies to guarantee on-time and complete delivery.- Oversee the procurement process for materials and equipment needed in export and operational processes, select suppliers, and secure optimal cost-performance balance.- Monitor the quality control process of products before export, ensure compliance with quality standards, and identify areas for improvement if necessary.- Conduct research on new market opportunities, analyze potential customers, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and support new customer acquisitions.- Prepare all necessary documents (proforma invoice, freight documents, EUR1 etc.) for export transactions, meticulously manage document processes, and maintain records.- Maintain continuous communication with related departments; establish effective communication with customers, logistics companies, suppliers, and customs brokers.- Ensure that export processes are carried out in compliance with national laws and international trade regulations.- Prepare regular reports on export and operational activities, providing management with insights on export performance, delivery times, quality control outcomes, and customer satisfaction.Prepare regular reports on export and operational activities, providing management with insights on export performance, delivery times, quality control outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail for partners- Interpreting and translating from English to Turkish, Turkish to English during the management meetings or internal team meetings and whenever there is a difficulty in communication within the company due to language barrier- Maintaining any shipping and receiving paperwork and related entries- Coordinating with various departments internally and externally- Responsible for generating sales invoices- Sorting and responding to correspondence by phone, fax, mail, electronically and/or in person
