Programmes Management General• Support the MT of the Business and Functional Lines to align their strategy with the corporate strategy • Translate the unit strategies into a clear and prioritized change portfolio, which ensures implementation• Manage progress, business change and budget on several programmes • Initiate the peer-coaching group of Programme Managers and inspire and motivate colleagues to be open on their struggles for us all to improve ourselvesProgrammes Development• Overall responsible for the programme portfolio, both on projects and business activities. • Responsibility includes budget (up to 4 mln.), progress and business change or programme outcomes• Communicate and build relationships with stakeholders of all kinds in order to create broad support for the programme • Engage with Senior Management (Teams), understand their needs and concerns and translate these into requirements, plans, actions or roadmaps• Implement best practices on MSP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum and Safe, tailored into a roadmap based on the actual maturity and needs of the change organization Programmes Communication and Advocacy• Formulate the storyline of the change, simple and engaging, for everyone to understand• Represent VIVAT and the Programme in and out of the Organization, e.g. Board meetings at VIVAT or Business partners, Innovation Conferences, Insurance Platforms Programmes Reorganisation • Ensure the health and motivation of the staff that faced redundancy (e.g. by initiatives as the “Plan B café”)• Stimulate transparency on the process and progress in order to make staff feel as secure as possible
