Current• The recruitment of new CTI-Fs in line with Instructor Competencies• To qualify as a CRMTE and conduct CRMT Assessments• The delivery of all initial instructor training and assessment• Supporting Instructors• The delivery of training for Instructors requiring specific development• The development and delivery of online Instructor sessions• The internal and regulatory assessment of all Instructors• The writing, development, and delivery of Instructor courses and Instructor recurrent programs focused on developing Instructor competencies• Instructor assessment and evaluation to promote Instructor concordance in line with CBT approach• Associated project work• Work with Pilot Instructors to harmonize Instructor training• Keep up to date with best practices and developments both within and outside easyJet• Maintain the highest possible standards in accordance with the instructor's competencies• Act as ambassadors and role models for easyJet and the training department• Support the delivery and development of the department's strategy and vision
