As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Matt leads the information security function for Logicworks. His role includes responsibility for information security governance, risk management, strategy, and architecture and compliance. He is actively engaged in defining security and compliance service offerings delivered to Logicworks clients.

Matt was responsible for the enterprise information security vision, providing a balanced blend of governance, risk management, and measurement. He built a cogent security brand that was marketed to internal stakeholders for the purpose of shifting organizational culture toward cyber security awareness. He pro-actively established alliances with business line leaders to manage the information risk profile. In doing so, he designed human resource and financial plans covering Crocs Global Corporate, Retail, and Regional information security functions. As a Director of Strategic Services at Fishnet Security, Matt served as a strategic advisor to CISOs of enterprise clients by understanding, supporting, and enabling their organization’s long-term security initiatives. Matt specializes in finding unique, win/win solutions to successfully meet corporate security goals and business objectives.As an information security expert, Matt assisted in the transformation of security programs from cost centers to business differentiated service centers. Matt was responsible for managing security consulting teams that performed web, wireless, and social security testing, developed corporate security policies, and reviewed enterprise security practices.Matt’s skill set has enabled him to perform and manage IT security assessments to meet needs of industry best practices for risk management and IT governance. He has performed computer forensics to identify and investigate compromised data. He has also mentored delivery staff on wireless, network, and application assessment and penetration testing methodologies.
