Onsite IT Manager supporting 1,000 employees across 2 locations in Pompano Beach and MiamiAssist with the design, development, integration, implementation, and maintenance of network and telecommunications systems as well as providing ongoing technical support and coordinated and development of projects related to advancement of security, system upgrades and process automation.

Managed the technical operations for one of the largest animal clinics in South Florida - supporting 50 employees and managing one junior resource. Responsible for maintaining the center's IT network, servers and security systems - including, but not limited to the regular diagnosis of network issues, and overseeing the configuration/installation of software and hardware solutions. Served as a liaison to technical vendors overseeing equipment and security upgrades and the automation of key operational and medical records capture processes.
