Responsible for patient interaction from initial phone call or email inquiry to post surgery appointments. Duties include but not limited to scheduling initial cosmetic appointments, meeting with patients after their consultation with the surgeon, reviewing quotes and payment options, scheduling surgeries and any necessary pre-operative appointments. Responsible for all paperwork involved in keeping the patient informed of their surgery. Review the surgery schedule to maximize best use of the surgeon’s time while working within the time frame of the patient.

Answered all cosmetic procedure phone calls and email inquiries for four surgeons. Scheduled initial consults and answered any questions patients had concerning surgical procedures. Met with patients after consultation to review costs and financing options. Followed up with patients after initial consult addressing any questions or concerns. Scheduled surgery and all related pre-operative appointments (review patient history with anesthesiologist and inform patients of any needed pre-operative testing). In order to implement a better working environment met with the surgeons and staff to address any issues or concerns.

Assisted patients in all aspects of surgery experience from initial appointments to post-op. Met and exceeded monthly sales goals 48 of 52 months of employment. Organized and conducted monthly mini-seminars on various cosmetic procedures. Assisted in keeping current topics for Q&A newspaper ads, contributing to and appearing in television advertising. Analyzed cosmetic revenue using Inform Software. Set sales goals and monitored referral sources to project advertising budget. Supervised and conducted weekly meetings with patient counseling staff to review sales goals.
