Sales Activities1. Process Customer RFQ's in a timely and accurate manner.2. Contact customers in order to obtain information and documents needed in order to complete RFQ requests in a timely maner.3. Maintain automated quote system and supporting documents associated with quotes and awarded business by following Global's business model and procedures.4. Work with Internal Sales and Global's Production facilities as needed in order to service customer in both existing and new business needs.5. Work with internal departments to meet customer expectations and deadlines.6. Ensure all internal documents and procedures are completed accurately and in a timely maner.Project Management Activities1. Maintain detailed project plans, monitor and track progress2. Manage changes to the project scope and schedule,using appropiate verification tools.3. Measure project performance and report relevant KPI's.4. Report / escalate to management as needed.5. Perform risk management to mitigate project and production process risks.6. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.7. Ensure customer is aware of the Project status and any changes to project key deliverables

Implement and follow-up actions to ensure high quality in our services and deliveries.o Run simulation program for jar placement etc.o Deliver our products/services to agreed quality, price and delivery time.o Follow up inspection and repair quotes/jobs/cost for “dumb iron” (as stabilizers, x-over, DP, HWDP, DC etc)

Liaise with drivers, customers and warehouse personnel.9. Ensure compliance with QHS procedures and practices.10. Supervision of all staff under your direct or indirect control.11. Administration duties as required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved.12. All resources are utilized efficiently.13. Stand in for the Base Manager during Holidays / Sickness as required.14. Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse.15. Coordinate deliveries with carriers to ensure KPIs are achieved.16. Train and monitor staff in standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safe work practices,including new employee inductions and tool box talks.17. Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through theuse of KPIs, with a primary focus on cost controls.18. Minimum job content knowledge: Basic knowledge of economy of motion techniques.Ability to handle people under high-stress situations.19.Ability to prioritize workload.
