Responsibilities for being the R&AM (Role and Authorizations Management) 2012 – Mid-2014- Supervision and maintenance of users, as well as security roles on all SAP systems (development-production) The access provisioning is focused in ensuring that users are in adherence to the system security design. - Processing of SAP Security System Investigation Requests (SIR) that embraces the development and or modification of roles, Authorization Analysis for BW and all security related system enhancements. - Performing environment preparations for system development (build phase) - Performing Security Checkouts, manual actions and Data reconciliation during SAP Program Releases (Mock and Cutover) - Liaise with Accenture Support Groups, APM, or other team’s stakeholders for normal to critical production issues. - Enhancement of processes, tools and documents that would increase team's productivity- Responsible for managing security in non-production SAP environments for both Operations and Initiatives areas. Responsibilities for being the Identity Management (Identity Management) Operations Manila. From 2012 to mid-2014- The SAP Identity Management Team has the mission to provide support to User Data security (UDS) site. This is our central identity management system which consists of the SAP Identity Management and a custom Front-End UI that is mainly used to generate/create users request access. Based on their selection the request gets routed to an approver after completing several validations based on user’s current access and user’s access request. Once the request is approved the request is automatically provisioned into SAP system so the user can obtain access.- Has been leading the Identity Management Manila team since it was deployed in Manila.- Working with SQL queries to provide fix via backend SAP Production access for users- Backend provisioning using SAP Identity Management for large number of users either for Non-Production or Production.- Creation of Repositories for SAP Connection from Identity Management to SAP systems.- Installation of the Identity Forge for SAP Identity Management during Java Version Upgrade.- Providing extended support during weekends for Production Maintenance activities such as completing the all the system checkouts before end-users access all the SAP applications.- Monitoring our servers and system’s health (Backlog, Provisioning status, dispatcher status and everything else related to Identity Management which needs to be monitored closely to able to avoid production systems downtime)- Has been the main resource to provide MMS (Manage My Sales) issues related to Salesforce site. User access issues and failing privileges and roles for Salesforce users.- Monitoring of SQL Jobs for Identity Management since SQL was upgraded to SQL 2014 because of the long running issue we are facing after the upgrade. - Exporting and importing of data from table to table.
